Seattle Boat Company is looking for an energetic, hardworking, eager, and reliable individual to join our marina team as a forklift operator, operating our Marina Wiggins Bulls! This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits.

Compensation: $22-$26/hour DOE + bonuses
What You’ll Be Doing:
Moving boats in and out of the water, using the Marina Wiggins Bull Forklift
Provide exemplary customer service to Skylaunch customers throughout the year
Work alongside our Service department to ensure the timely moving of boats for scheduled appointments
Potential for overseeing seasonal summer staff as needed

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Must have a clean driving record and background check
Willingness to obtain Forklift Operator Certification (Seattle Boat to train and certify)
Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction, learn, and deliver excellent customer service
Have a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work with a flexible schedule throughout the year, adjust during busy seasons, and working weekends
Strongly Recommended:
Boating experience - a general love for being on and around the water
