Skilled Maintenance Tech Needed (Seattle)
Skilled maintenance technician needed. G3 is an established real estate/property management company based in Seattle. We are looking for full time experienced maintenance personnel to help with apartment remodels, maintenance, and commercial tenant improvement projects. We offer steady work, in a fun environment. Most work would involve light electrical, light plumbing, light carpentry, and other basic needs for turning apartments. Carpentry, drywall, and paint experience is preferred but no necessary.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
*Valid Driver’s license & good driving record
*Be able to pass a credit/criminal background check
*Basic hand tools and some power tools provided by employee
*Ability to work independently
