What You’ll Do
• Customer Service & Scheduling: Be the first point of contact for service calls, assess customer needs, and schedule/dispatch technicians.
• Operations & Materials: Order and organize materials, manage permits, and keep service jobs running smoothly.
• Team & Vehicle Support: Ensure service vehicles are maintained and stocked; collaborate with technicians and office staff to keep operations seamless.
• Administration: Generate invoices, track service records, and support office/project staff as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in service management (electrical or construction industry preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and permitting is a plus.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
