We are currently looking for experienced detailers — mobile OR non-mobile — who want steady, flexible work with a busy, established shop.
If you already detail (mobile or in a shop) and want:

Two Ways to Work With Us
1) In-House Shop Detailing (Primary Need)
We are building a late afternoon / early evening shift for in-shop detailing.
Typical shift:
Start: Around 3:00 PM
End: 8:00–9:00 PM
Work performed independently (no supervisor on-site during later hours)
Compensation (In-House):
Commission per vehicle
Our in-house detailers average approximately $30–$40/hr INCLUDING tips
Paid weekly
Steady workflow and consistent volume
We will consider both:
Shop detailers
Mobile detailers open to in-house work
2) Mobile Detailing Overflow Leads (Optional)
We also receive mobile detailing requests we cannot service ourselves.
How it works:
We book the lead and job for you
We send jobs based on your availability and service area
You complete the job using your own mobile setup
We charge a flat percentage fee per completed booking
This is ideal for mobile detailers who want additional booked jobs without marketing or lead chasing.
What You’ll Be Doing (In-House Work)
Wash & prep work
Interior detailing (vacuuming, wipe-downs, finishing touches)
Exterior waxing and final detailing
Final quality checks before vehicle pickup
Managing workflow independently during 2nd shift hours
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced detailers (mobile or shop experience preferred)
Able to work independently without supervision present
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Honest, dependable, and high integrity
Strong work ethic and pride in quality work
Intent to service customers at a high level (not rushed or careless work)
Polishing and paint correction skills are a bonus, but not required.

We are a high-volume Seattle detail shop servicing everyday drivers (about 85% of our customers) along with luxury and performance vehicles.
