Since 1979 Eastside Ice Machines has proudly serviced thousands of customers in the greater Puget Sound region providing professional service on their commercial ice machines. Due to increasing demand for our expanding services we are seeking experienced Commercial Ice Machine Technicians.
Commercial Ice Machine Technician responsibilities:
• Troubleshoots and repairs all brands of commercial ice machines
• Provide superior customer service and communicates with customers throughout the repair process
• Maintains a neat service vehicle and keeps an accurate inventory of replacement parts and company tools
• Promote all company services to customers
• Able to work on call weekends and after regular business hours as needed
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Two years experience in repairing commercial ice machines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification
• Specialty electrician certificate 06A, 06B or 07D (administrator a plus)
• CFESA certification a plus
• Must be able to perform physical requirements such as climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs, squat and kneel for much of an 8 hour work day.
