The ideal candidates take pride in their work, stay organized, and bring a team-player mindset—driven to grow in the civil construction field. These are growth positions:
Civil Estimator - 5+ years experience in Civil Estimation and Business Development. 135K to 185K DOE plus an incentive package and company vehicle.
Project Manager - 5+ years experience in managing earthwork and utility contracts. 125K to 150K DOE plus an incentive package and company vehicle.
Project Engineer - 2+ experience in civil construction - ability to readh and understand civil consturction drawings. 70k to 90k DOE pluse an incentive package.
Pipe Layer Foreman - Must be able to run and coach a small crew (4-5+ years experience) ~ $30-$35+
Class A CDL Driver/Laborer - Must be able to drive a manual truck and willing to work in the field when out of the truck, local work, home every evening~ $35-$37+ to start, DOE
Requirements:
• Must be able to work well with small crews and occasionally autonomously
• Must have experience working on construction sites
• Must be self motivated, able to keep productive on your own and take pride in your work
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to be safety trained and wear appropriate PPE when required
• Must have proper hiring documentation
