We are looking for an Apprentice Service Technician to join our growing team. Experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
This position is ideal for someone who lives in Renton or nearby communities and wants long-term career growth with a company that values quality work, training, and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside experienced technicians while learning the HVAC trade through hands-on training in the field.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting service technicians with residential HVAC service and repairs
Learning troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
Supporting warranty and quality assurance work
Helping with startup procedures and system testing
Working with modern HVAC technology and controls
Maintaining a clean and professional job site
Delivering excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For
Motivated and eager to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must live in Renton or nearby areas (For carpool reasons)
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and residential job sites
Able to lift 50 lbs and safely use tools and equipment
Preferred But Not Required
HVAC, construction, electrical, or mechanical experience
EPA certification
Trade school experience
Requirements Upon Hire
Must have valid drivers license and good driving record.
Must obtain Electrical Trainee Card within 30 days if required
Must be dependable and punctual
