Lead Hardscape Installer – $40/hr

Shepherd Stoneworks is hiring an experienced hardscape professional ready to step into a leadership role. We specialize in high-quality outdoor landscape construction throughout Seattle and the Eastside, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and can grow into running job sites after a short training period.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage daily hardscape installation projects
- Install sand-set and mortared paving systems
- Build retaining walls and steps
- Ensure projects meet high standards for quality and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in hardscape installation (sand-set and mortared systems required)
- Proven ability to take initiative and keep a project moving
- Knowledge of retaining wall and step construction
- Masonry experience is a strong plus
- Reliable vehicle
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Tools are helpful but not required.
Full-time work. $40/hour, DOE.
