RITTER R-845 Splined Mitered Door System Mortises stile & rail frames. Works excellent!! Comes with lots (around 100) of the spline/wafer style blocks for assembly. Asking $8750 (New ones today cost around $34,000).

(2) Individual horizontal mortising spindle assemblies machine the ends for joining with a spline/wafer-type block.
Head assemblies adjust from 6" - 8" for spindle center spacing.
Horizontal oscillation movement up to 2" max. and 1-1/2" max. mortising depth.
1/2" cap. router bit collet.
(2) Baldor 2 HP 230/460 dual voltage 3 phase motors (currently running on 230V).
2,000 RPM Spindle assemblies with PLC controlled pneumatic oscillation.
Spindle assemblies mounted on a linear carriage for adjustable oscillation and depth, and 1" material thickness cap.
(2) Pneumatic universal material clamps
(2) 12" x 12" tilting tables
(2) 45 material fences
Foot pedal actuated cycle
34" working height.
