Our client in the building industry is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work onsite in the corporate office and at customer sites. If you love helping others, excel at customer service, enjoy being part of a team, and are technically adept, then please apply. Work consists of setting up workstations, deploying and configuring mobile phones, resolving technical issues, setting up network environments and providing end-user support.
1+ years of Desktop, helpdesk, technical support, Tier I and/or Tier II experience
Experience working with PC, Laptops, Mobile devices
Ability to provide excellent customer service and enjoy helping others
Technical certificates and/or degrees helpful but not required
Work in Seattle and surrounding areas
Valid WA state driver's license required
