Asentria develops and sells monitoring and control system for managing cell tower equipment (and similar) sites. We are seeking smart, hard-working and ambitious entry level candidates who have technical training and job experience in some IT, hardware or software field who want to move from the tech side into sales.
For us, this process starts by joining our Tech Support team for 6-12 months (which is basically post-sales support) and then starting to participate in pre-sales opportunities which require technical or sales-related help. Individuals who excel in this regard will eventually transition fully into a sales-related role.
A Tech Support Technician at Asentria would be trained on Asentria products and related systems and would provide phone and email post-sales assistance in setup and problem solving with our equipment. This trains the individual on our technology and gives experience with our customers and their use of our products, which is perfect training for the pre-sales side of our business.
If you are smart, capable, competent and possess good customer skills plus a technical background and some technical job experience of some sort, and are interested in the opportunity to advance your career, then you are just who we are looking for.
