This is a hitch extender commonly used to put a kayak in a truck bed. You put this on your hitch and the end of the boat is supported. Other uses to obviously, two by fours, etc..
The receiver post is 4 feet long, the upright posts are adjustable outward.
There is some rust on the bolts, but other than that is in good condition.
