**Build a region. Own the accounts. Create recurring income.**
We’re expanding **Hixih Tire distribution** and looking for an experienced **commercial tire salesperson (2–3+ years)** to develop territory and establish **regional distribution centers**. This is a **commission-only 1099 subcontractor** role built for a self-starter who wants uncapped earnings and long-term account ownership.
### What you’ll do
* Develop a territory from the ground up (fleets, dealers, owner-operators, logistics, regional carriers).
* Sell **Hixih commercial tires** and establish recurring tire supply accounts.
* Identify and help launch **distribution points** in your region as volume grows.
* Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (owners, fleet managers, maintenance managers).
### What makes this opportunity different
* **Recurring revenue potential:** fleets reorder tires—this is not one-and-done selling.
* **Higher ticket revenue add-on:** you can also sell **alignment + suspension services** through our headquarters in **Lakewood**, increasing your commissions per account—especially with fleets.
* **No territory ceiling:** expand as far as you can execute.
* **Performance-based independence:** you control your schedule and pipeline.
### Ideal candidate
* 2–3+ years of **commercial tire sales** experience (B2B preferred).
* Comfortable hunting: cold outreach, site visits, networking, follow-ups.
* Strategic and process-driven (pipeline management, territory planning).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Motivated by commission and building something long-term.
### Role type
* **1099 subcontractor**
* **Commission only**
* Territory-based (you’ll own and grow your region)
