Greetings, I am a late thirties, female looking for a room to rent in or around Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Woodinville areas... I work fully remote so have no specific commute concerns and thus, not married to the location... However, I prefer no more than 30/35 miles from Kirkland. I dont drink, smoke, dabble in any drugs, etc. I have no pets (although love animals and have no allergies, so completley okay with animals if you/other tenants have them). Work from home full time but when I am not working, I am fairly active year round - generally out skiing in the winter or biking, hiking & camping in the summer... So not someone that will be hanging around much. I am naturally introverted and quiet, respectful, courteous and am just looking for the right place to settle into for awhile. I am looking for something no more than $900/month, but ideally $700-800. I'd prefer a month to month, 3 or 6 month rental agreement. I have a spotless background and am happy to pay deposits, etc. I'm petty much ready to move any time. Please reach out if you have something that sounds as if it would be a good fit.
