Jazz bass player looking for room (Seattle)

I am a Jazz bass player looking for a basement/MIL type of place to live in. I practice a lot. It’s acoustic, but I don’t want to disturb my roommates. I usually practice between 9am-3pm.
I like having my own space and given the chance, would mostly keep to myself. I’m not antisocial, just focused on my craft. That said, I also like to hang out, talk, listen to music. I’ll respect your privacy and space when you need it.
I am in my mid fifties, white and straight. Don’t smoke or drink, my party days are over. If you smoke pot, that’s cool. I love the smell. I don’t want to live with a heavy drinker though. And I definitely don’t want to live with an indoor cigarette smoker. That wouldn’t work for me.
I am clean and pay my bills on time. I wash my dishes. I wipe out the sink and squeeze out the sponge. I take out the trash. I hang up my towel. I am an adult and a good roommate.
My preferred neighborhoods are Ballard, Fremont, U District and Cap Hill. I’m trying to keep my rent at $900 or below but I can afford more for the right situation. A temporary or sublet would be okay as well.
