The RareCyte platform has the potential to become the leading diagnostic tool in oncology, prenatal diagnostics, infectious disease and immunology. The incumbent is responsible for all purchasing, material planning and assisting with inventory management within Operations. Accurate and complete record keeping, troubleshooting and problem solving is essential for the candidate to be successful.

Responsibilities:
• Upload and manage new and revised part/BOM's within the electronic quality management system (QPulse)
• Update the ERP system for legacy parts as well as release new parts/BOMs
• Generate and publish applicable reports from the ERP system
• Plan and execute procurement of raw materials from global suppliers
• Maintain strong working relationships and communications with manufacturing and key suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries
• Ensure BOM cost roll-ups are accurate
• Proactively report product and material availability issues
• Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials and components in conjunction with our program management teams
• Analyze and manage MRP, Source list, Material master/parameters
• Revise essential system planning data to ensure our ERP system is effectively planning future requirements
• Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in ERP system
• Supplier Management: RFQ, Cost saving initiatives, Negotiations, Supplier relationship/evaluation
• Project management for new product launches
• Provide support to Customer Service, Sales team, Product Management with business and product strategy
• Participate and contribute to monthly program management & metrics, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
• Complete special projects and assignments as requested

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience using Expandable ERP system preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions such as assembly drawings and procedures
• Inventory control experience and transactions using an electronic enterprise resource planning system
• Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong troubleshooting skills
