Cabinet Maker from Cali Looking for a Place (Seattle)

My name is Brian and I am an artist, cabinet maker, and custom woodworker. I was recently presented an opportunity to work for a prominent yacht builder in the Seattle area and I am definitely interested in taking advantage of the opportunity. I currently live in Orange County; CA and I have lived here for the past 8 years working and developing my craft. I'm looking for a place to stay in the 98108 area. As of now I don’t have a car but planning to buy one by mid-summer once I get settled in the area. I am originally from Chicago and have lived in multiple places across the United States. As far as lifestyle goes, I’m a workaholic, workout 4-5 days a week, can normally catch me at a coffee shop working on furniture designs, 3D modeling, or sketching. I love billiards and I also love cycling…plus its better for your knees than running at age 43. My ideal temporary place would be with someone who is close to my job, down to earth, non-smoker, healthy, enjoys being outdoors, familiar with the Seattle area, and respectful. I'm interested in securing a place by the first week of March and leaving within the next two weeks. I've already had a good conversation with HR, so now its just a matter of me busting a move.
