** Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot and resolve desktop/workstation hardware and software
** Ability to manage cloud solutions and integration
** Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop operating systems
** Familiarity with Apple OS, iOS, iPad, iPhone...etc.
** Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory
** Windows Server Versions: 2008, 2008 R2, SBS 2008, 2012, 2016
** SharePoint (Desired, but not required)
** Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
** Disaster Recovery (Desired, but not required)
** Security - AV solutions
** Watchguard/Cisco/SonicWall Firewalls (Desired, but not required)
** Mobile technologies
