Key Methods, LLC, one of the premier IT Support companies in North Central Washington, is currently seeking a Professional, Experienced, Consultative Network Administrator to provide hands-on, mid to advanced-level network technology support services at small to mid-sized clients in the South Puget Sound Area.

You will be a critical member of a team working to solve real customer pain points in their network. This isn't your normal position where you may be relegated to one small piece of the company's technology, or a project that doesn't matter. Instead, you will be instrumental and have the chance to work in many areas of our clients networks.
This job involves the following responsibilities:
Configure and repair computer related hardware over the phone with remote access tools or in person.
Basic knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 networking and associated infrastructure.
Move / Add / Change of physical and logical equipment and security accounts
Utilize existing systems for trouble ticket and task management.
Work closely with a service team to deploy new process and improve existing systems.
Be an excellent problem solver and be willing to roll up your sleeves to tackle any issue thrown your way.
Respond reliably to on-call issues as needed.
What you should bring to us:
Proficiency installing and administering some sort of mainstream operating system (Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows10, Office 2010/2013, Office365).
Experience with the administration of Unified Cloud Desktops and applications.
Ability to be on-call 24/7 at least one week per month
Professional IT Certifications desired but not required
-- Net+, Microsoft MCP / MCSE, Citrix CCEA / CCIA, SonicWALL CSSA, Cisco CCNA, Fortinet, or VMware VCP.
Experience with Remote Management Tools (LabTech Preferred).
Experience with PSA Ticketing Systems (Connectwise Preferred).
3+ years in a system administration or related role
A strong desire to learn new skills and have fun doing it!
