I've now owned for 5 years, not getting the use out of it like we used to. Bought originally in Texas, lived in Mississippi for a while, now here in Washington.
Body:
Generally in good shape, but it is 10 years old. Leak tight, though the bathroom skylight is likely up next for sealant maintenance and the front clearance lights could likely use sealant maintenance as well. One of the window blinds is off-kilter, but I may be able to fuss it back into shape. Normal wear and tear on cabinetry, but all the doors latch, all cushions are present and un-torn. Kitchen sink & oven/stove fully functional.
Plumbing:
No known issues with Fresh, Gray, or Black water systems. We should flush the fresh water tank with cleaner per normal maintenance, but otherwise leak tight to my knowledge. Hot water heater works on propane or gas, functional last I checked. Will verify before handing off. Will include freshwater hose, filter, black water snake.
Electrical:
Known issues:
1) Batteries need replacing, current house batteries are dead. I can handle replacement for you if you'd like, but not for free, happy to negotiate.
2) CO monitor died, replacement en route.
3) Refrigerator does not seem to chill on any power source. Have done little to diagnose this, but can negotiate whether this gets fixed prior to hand-off or sold as-is.
No other offenders, fuses don't blow and breakers don't trip, wiring seems to be solid.
