Sunny room (SW exposure, 9'x11') with a private bathroom (with skylight!) available in the Maple Leaf neighborhood. Dog and cat-friendly house. Nice area with terrific access. Close to Greenlake, Northgate, UW, North Seattle Community College; near downtown bus routes. Share with friendly, professional male and a large, friendly 6 year old female Saint Bernard/Lab mix. Internet, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, piano, deck, on-street parking. I'm an older male that works a music teacher. I'm looking to share the space with someone that is friendly, mature, independent, respectful, clean, and communicative. Pets are allowed. Sorry, no couples.

The room is available April 1st, possibly sooner.

This is a pet friendly house and a great option for someone with a dog. My dog gets along well with most other dogs and has lived with cats.

The financials break down as follows:

-$1000/month (utilities included)
- $300 refundable security deposit
- First and last month’s rent plus security deposit paid up front. The last month’s rent can be paid in installments if necessary.

Lease terms are negotiable and can be month to month if desired.
