$650 Rent covers utilities and internet too.
House is quiet, with a cat.
Safe neighborhood. Alki beach is within 10 min drive. Metro bus #125 to downtown stops in the block.

Requirements To Move In: First month rent $650 plus $450 deposit (T$1100), proof of employment and income, and two references are required.
