One room is available January 1st and the second, February 1st, in a mansion near Carkeek Park that resides in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 9 month lease and you will be subleasing from the current housemate (with the possibility of extending after). We are a community of 11 young professionals. We are looking for a housemate who is respectful, responsible, interested in community, and comfortable living in a co-ed house with private rooms. We aim to create an environment that fosters open-mindedness and diversity.
Both rooms share a private bathroom with the other housemate on that floor.
Rent includes utilities, internet, etc. Free parking (back of the house). No pets or kids.
I have loved everything about living here, from the gorgeous sunset views to the incredible community.
Some of the favorite memories include game nights, dinner parties, playing basketball out front, and just all the daily chats. :) This has been an amazing place to grow, make friends, and have a front seat view of incredible sunsets!
