I wish to share my home with you. I have one large, unfurnished bedroom available on the second with large walk-in closet, hardwood floors, freshly redecorated, old-world charm. There is a shared powder bath with two renters (male and female) on second floor, a shared full bathroom (shower and tub) on main floor, new laundry room and some lots of storage in basement, lots of free street parking. We are close to bus routes, the Arboretum, UW and Seattle U. I have a beautiful garden with charming fire circle area to be shared, also shared use of charming balcony.
I am an older Professional woman with a home business. I believe in being a good steward of the earth by reducing, recycling and reusing, I am left-leaning and believe in inclusivity. I wish to share my home, not just have people holed up in their rooms. You are welcome to garden, if that is your heart's desire, not required. I am quiet, spend a lot of time in my office (sadly), and expect household members to be thoughtful and respectful of each other. My kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and pots, pans and dishes and is available to share for meal preparations, as well as the use of the dining and living rooms. Company is welcome.
As a BONUS, there is an adjoining shared alcove on the second floor which can be used as an office, sitting room or media room.
