I've lived here for over 3 years and for the price of rent it is the most space you can find anywhere, especially with a private bathroom and tons of garage storage. Roommates are quiet and value privacy and safety. The landlord is never around but is responsive to needs; our washer broke last year and we had a new one within 2 days, delivered and installed. A root system affected our drainage and plumbers were on site the next day to fix it. The hot water pressure was spotty and again, plumbers were on site next day to fix the problem.
