Your housemates will be UW graduate students and a young professional, so there will be 4 people in the house in total. Fellow graduate students or professionals are preferred (or senior undergrads).
Move-in date: mid December or early January. The lease is until June 30th, 2026.
Rent: $715 (includes W/S/G)
Security deposit: $660, refundable at end of lease.
Bills: Water, sewage, and garbage are included in the rent. There’s a $25 for background check before signing lease. Monthly wifi and electricity are separate from the lease ($50-$100 depending on season and usage and comes every other month).
Washer and dryer included, furniture included.
Two bathrooms in the house, 4 bedrooms total.
Parking: free. Available in front of the house.
Location: down the street from Metropolitan Market Sandpoint, 7 minutes walk to Seattle Children’s Hospital, ~15 minutes walk to University Village and Safeway, ~10 minutes bus ride to UW.
Transportation: Bus 65/67 = 1 minute walk, Bus 32/31/75 = 5 minutes walk. UW and Link Station: 10 minutes bus ride or 30 mins walking
There’s a cat in the house, but we’re not looking to take in more pets
