I and my daughter (I'm a single dad of 39) live in a 2-bedroom apartment on Cap Hill. My daughter sleeps in the other bedroom but will be sleeping in the living room till April 14, and then she's moving out. 1. And the room will be available.

I work at the Brabershgop in NG, so I'm out from 12 to 6 pm.
So I'd prefer someone who is clean, not loud and party-like, pays on time, and keeps the place clean.
