$629 Multiple Windows Between Green Lake and the U District (Wallingford)

We're a house of folks in our 20’s and 30’s looking to fill a room that we have opening up! The location is great: a relatively easy walk to Green Lake, The Ave, Tangletown, and the strip of restaurants/bars on 45th in Wallingford; near the 44 bus line and the U District light rail station; and right by the I-5 on-ramp.
A few of our roommates are moving on to new chapters so we’re looking to fill a main floor room for September 1st. It has two windows (great for a breeze), a deep closet, high ceilings, and shares a bathroom with one other person. The house as a whole has 7 bedrooms, one small unfinished storage/guest room, 3 full bathrooms, two large refrigerators, and a comfortable kitchen with a dishwasher. There is free laundry on-site, a big porch, a backyard with a fire pit and space for gardening (with a little effort), and some awesome artwork in the living room.
We prefer someone who cleans up after themselves but is not overly stressed by occasional messes. We have occasional get-togethers and dinner parties, but we’re not a big party house and most nights are relatively quiet. We spend some time together here and out, but also each have our own work and social schedules. Unfortunately we can't have pets.
There is a $200 refundable security deposit and last month's rent due when/if we offer you the room and then the first month’s rent will be due upon move-in (or a prorated amount if you move in during September). Shared internet and utility costs average around $125/month over the course of the year (winter is more, summer is less).
