Hi! I'm moving out closer to campus because I have night classes and looking for someone to take over my lease! I love this place and the house (and roommates ;) ) has been so good to me for the past 1.5 years!
Private room in a 3 bed/3 bath town Fremont townhouse on the 3600 block of Phinney Ave N. The lease will go through the end of July 2026.
The rent is $1,064 a month + utilities (~$150/person/month but depends on usage)
One-time payment:
- you will need to go through the application process for background check/income check by the property manager
- One time $1,167 security deposit
The townhouse is 3 stories. The garage (used for storage) and your bedroom are on the first floor. Living room, HUGE and AWESOME kitchen (gas stove), and your bathroom 1 are on the second floor. 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms as well as laundry are on the top floor. The room for rent fits a full/queen bed, a dresser or bookcase, has a spacious closet, and direct access to the backyard. Communal spaces are fully furnished.
The location is right in the heart of Lower Fremont, close to supermarkets (Fred Meyer, PCC, H Mart, Trader Joes), restaurants and bars, and just a few mins walk from Burke-Gilman trail. Super close to bus stops (40, 31, 32, 62)
About your roommates:
Molly is in her 30s and works in women's health at UW, she likes to read, go to the gym, see friends and walk around fremont on the Burke. Akshara is in her 20s and works in healthcare tech and she likes to run, cook different cuisines and try out the restaurants around the area.
Molly and Akshara both work from home. They mostly do their own thing but they really enjoy having friends over for dinner, hanging out in the common areas and the occasional farmers market trip.
About you:
Looking for a woman-identifying tenant in their mid 20s-30s who is clean, kind, respectful, and easy-going. Open communication and maintaining a peaceful living space are important. We're hoping to find a roommate who is interested in friendly housemate chats and creating a nice home environment. No pets are allowed (unfortunately ) and no smokers.
If you think you'd be a good fit, please send a message with a brief introduction about yourself (name, age, profession, hobbies, work schedule, social profile if any, etc.) and any questions you might have. Look forward to hearing from you!
