Light filled top floor room in a 4 bedroom, 1 bath, house with three established roommates. Repaint to your hearts desire! A portion of the flooring is somewhat slanted but still useable. There is a regular sized kitchen with lots of storage, dining room, and pretty spacious living room on the main floor. The backyard and side yard are ready to be made into something awesome and there's plenty of room for gardening!
We are so excited to add another excellent roommate to our household! We currently are a group of 3 housemates, 2 small dogs, and 2 cats. Our household is a queer inclusive space and that a non-negotiable!
As a household we value direct and collaborative communication. At the moment we are trying out assigned chores to help make household cleaning and maintenance as friction free as possible, but as with everything, the structure is open to collaborative change. We have monthly house meetings and share the cost of general items like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. We occasionally have get-togethers or events but definitely not a party house. Currently no room for additional pets, sorry!
