House is in a quiet, residential area, close to groceries and bus lines. Shared kitchen and living room, laundry in the house, off-street parking, and A/C.
Rent is $1175/month. Utilities are split between everyone (usually around $90–110 each, covers water, garbage, gas, electric, internet). Deposit is two month’s rent.
You’d be living with three adults (student / working folks / small business owner). The vibe is pretty chill: people work, study, cook, watch shows, and go to bed at normal times. No parties, no drama.
Looking for someone who is clean in shared spaces, pays rent on time, and is generally respectful about noise and guests. Students or working professionals are both fine.
