Room is 10' x 10', has a 6' closet, and is on the main floor. A mini-fridge is included in the room for storing beer/wine/etc. (we don't keep alcohol in common areas). Each roommate also gets a 3 ft wide shelving unit in the laundry room for extra storage.
No pets.
We're looking for someone who is respectful of wfh schedules. During the week, we're working or on Zoom calls throughout the day, so if you're looking for a calm and quiet place to recharge, this is a great place.
Three blocks from the Othello light rail stop. Close to Columbia City, Hillman City, Beacon Hill, Seward Park, and Georgetown with convenient access to I-5. Located in the Othello neighborhood near South Othello St and MLK in Rainier Valley / South Seattle.
$800 rent + ⅓ utilities (averaged $150 per person per month over the past 12 months and includes internet + some shared house supplies).
