Our home in Broadview (North Seattle) is seeking a new housemate February 1st!
We have a spacious 3-story sanctuary. You would be our fourth housemate, or 6th if you consider the two cats who live here as well. The house features 2 living rooms, a guest space, a large kitchen with 2 sinks, a backyard with porch, garage, 2 outdoor parking spots and a full office we maintain for the benefit of the roommates.
The room available is $1090/mo + $200/mo for utilities. It features a closet as well as 2 windows. You would share a full bathroom with two other roommates. There is also a half bathroom downstairs. The room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the house is well furnished.
Location:
- 5 minute drive from Carkeek Park
- 8 minute walk from the much more private Llandover Woods with its network of trails
- Diva Espresso is right down the street, and tons of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby
- Pets: we have 2 cats, so likely not looking to add more. No dogs.

About us:
Lorelei is an herbalist and student currently going back to school to bolster her career in worker advocacy.
Roxanne is a music loving night nurse at UWMC, also the mother of the two cats who live here.
Connor is part goofball, part trash goblin. Software engineer by day, he also runs a 501c6 out of Texas. Currently oriented to facilitating men's work and building a family.
You'll find us around the home working on craft projects, sharing late night meals, listening to music or chatting by the fireplace. When out of the house, there is a likelihood that you can find a number of us at Sacred Rain Healing Center, going to events or hanging with friends.
About you:
We're looking for a considerate, clean, and caring person who has experience living with roommates before & knows how to manage a home collaboratively. The home office is set up well for those who work from home.
