Hello folks am looking for a responsible being to share the main floor with me (female) of this spacious Home
Single Occupancy only.
The house/yard: This three bedroom newly renovated 2000 sq ft SE South Seattle house has a large living room, dining room and two bedrooms on main floor. On a 12k ft double + lot with a large fenced backyard with a seasonal veggie garden with a patio, BBQ and fire pit area. The laundry is downstairs in the basement along with another second shared bathroom down there.
The location: Home is in a residential area that is pretty quiet and has a lot of street parking and on a main bike route.
Home is just few blocks from the Othello Light Rail station, Safeway and a couple of sweet coffee shops and Mexican restaurant.Walking distance (around 20 minutes) to Seward Park, Columbia City and PCC.
Close to Sea Tac Airport, Boeing and I 5 access
The room: This room is 12ft x 14ft It has its own closet, a large sunny east facing window, and a north facing window and shared adjoining bathroom. There is some furniture, dresser, bedside drawers if you need them.
Me: I am the owner, a female metal artist and a gardener for private clients, am usually pretty busy. I garden a lot, canoe, dog beach romps and get up to the Whidbey Island on weekends to visit family.
Occasionally have bbq, fire pit cookouts with friends.
Pets: Currently two non shedding small friendly dogs live here, sorry no more pets here
You: Looking for mature person, student, prefer women or queer folk, who like a clean house, are employed, and currently LIVES in Seattle. No addictions please! We would share cleaning duties! It is important that you are willing to share in the chores/cleaning and tending that go into making this space feel like a home.
Must pass TransUnion background check $50 fee. have rental references, proof of income and renters insurance.
The cost: The room is $850 plus flat rate utilities/internet at $100 a month
