Hi,
I have an entire floor with two bedrooms, each with its own private bath for rent. The entire lower floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 private bath, private living room (21 ft x 15 ft), and private kitchen is shared among the room mates. Each bedroom has lock and key with it.
Bedroom with private bathroom is at $900/month.
Rent includes wireless high-speed internet and utilities, ALL are included.
The room is for SINGLE occupancy only, no couples or children.
Sorry, no smoking, drug, and no pet.
If you are someone who likes to have parties and entertain frequently at your residence, this is not a good fit for you.
Note that there are 2 bedrooms on the lower level, the bigger room has already been rented out to one tenant. The smaller room is available for rent.
Some other features are: hardwood floor all throughout the house, separate entry door, private and plenty parking on the property, private kitchen.
As far a location: 10 minutes drive to Tukwila Park & Ride, 15 minutes drive to downtown Seattle, 10 minutes drive to downtown Renton, 7 minutes to the Boeing field on Marginal Way. It's very nice and quiet neighborhood.
