The kitchen is huge with a gas stove, two ovens, and plenty of cabinet space for everyone there. There is an unfinished basement in which you can store all of the gear you could possibly have, a washer and dryer, and extra rooms we use as offices. There's also a backyard with raspberries that grow every summer and additional space to garden.
The available bedroom is one of two on the second floor, where there is a bathroom (with heated floors) shared with the housemate who also lives upstairs. The room itself is about 11ft by 13ft and has a large closet as well as an attic-type room attached to the closet that offers tons of extra storage space beyond the closet.
Located in the cute residential neighborhood of Tangletown, it's walking distance to Greenlake, Wallingford, and U District. Grocery stores and a long list of restaurants are also within a ~10 minute walk, while the house itset is still in a quiet area. It's a 5 minute drive to I5 and has great street parking available (never have to park more than 200 feet away from the front door).
You would have two housemates, Dylan and Chase, who are in their late 20s/early 30s who are in tech. As housemates, we all do our own thing, although there is comfortable conversation that happens between us in common spaces. There are also two very friendly cats who roam the halls.
Rent is $1417 per month and the total utilities varies from month to month, but typically comes out to around $100. There is a $1,200 security deposit due when moving in. The lease is month to month.
