We are looking for a kind, creative spirit to join our Earthy Home. We have a unique home and it is a great opportunity for the right being. We embrace and offer warmth, family vibes, and good energy for you to contemplate this universe.
Our lovely craftsman home has large communal spaces, territorial views, organic veggie garden with fruit trees and berries. The second floor of the home has sustainably harvested and refinished hardwood floors throughout as well as an updated and efficient radiant heat system. The home is 100% solar powered.
The foundations of the house are built on environmental stewardship including practices like recycling, biking, gardening, water conservation, hanging clothing to dry, cleaning with non-toxic cleaners, rescuing food, and bringing our own bag when we shop. We also support wind energy by purchasing credits. We embrace the arts and healthy living.
The room available is on the upper floor facing south and east--Sun! It has 2 big closets, hardwood floors, and a private bath with shower and small tub. It is a large space...those that find this spot tend to stay for years. A good space for a parent and child to flower. We support the children!
Please no smoking or drug use. No pets. We do have one cat.
Rent is $1150 a month. Utilities, including internet, are split equally. Room is available March 1st.
