Seeking Small Space for Sustainable Aquaponics Project (South Seattle) (South Seattle)

Hi there!
I'm looking for a small space in or around South Seattle where I can launch the early stages of an aquaponics startup. I'm working toward building a community-focused system that grows fresh produce and fish locally and sustainably.
What I'm looking for:
100–600 sq ft of space (small garage bay, basement, greenhouse, etc.yard space where a greenhouse could be erected)
Access to power + water (even minimal is fine)
I’m working solo, so impact is low and I’m happy to keep the space clean, quiet, and well maintained
Someone interested in collaborating?
What I can offer:
Fresh produce once the system is running
Help with garden tasks / yard work
A small monthly payment (my budget is modest—startup phase!)
The satisfaction of helping launch a hyper-local sustainable food project in your neighborhood
A bit about me:
I work full time and build this project during off-hours. My goal is to create a low-impact, highly sustainable micro-farm model that grows greens, herbs, and fish like tilapia for local communities and farmers markets. I have a very small operation currently, but am in a rental so cannot expand in the space. I’m responsible, reliable, and motivated.
If you have space—even something unconventional—I'd love to talk.
Please reply with your general location and what kind of space you might have available.
Thank you!
