Goal: I am looking for a warehouse/industrial/commercial space within Seattle city limits to rent out, store gear in, and throw events at.
Who are we: My business partner and I are lighting and concert/pa sound system operators that need a place to house our equipment while also supplementing rent income with events. These events cater to a mellow 30+ crowd that enjoys dance music, not rowdy kids.
What we offer: A budget of around $3000 (gross modified lease) or $3k including NNN, per month towards rent + utilities.
What we require: 1500-3000sf warehouse/"space" with dedicated bathrooms in Seattle. We would supplement with porta-toilets as well.
We run a successful A/V company and supplement our income with day jobs, so paying rent would never be an issue. We just need a larger place to house our gear and would like to run it at a reduced cost with the addition of events.
