French Girl markets our luxury body care goods through retail and wholesale channels, both domestic and international. We are seeking a dedicated, passionate candidate to join our team.

French Girl is currently seeking a candidate for the following position:
Shipping/Receiving Lead

Job Description:

Perform a variety of shipping and receiving duties that require strong analytical and organizational skills. Must be comfortable preparing shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders. Present a strong work ethic and professional attitude within a growing company. The ideal candidate excels at team communication, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through. The goal is to ensure that the shipping process is running smoothly and effectively.


Oversee receiving and unpacking of inbound shipments.
Pack and prepare small and large outbound shipments.
Tape, weigh, and lift packages up to 50 pounds.
Experience in packing glass preferred.
Read through and follow routing guides for various retailers.
Provide tracking information when requested. Follow up on claims against lost or damaged shipments and obtain proof of delivery documents.
Prepare all international documentation, such as ASN, BOL, and SLI.
Familiarity with international customs requirements, tariff codes, and EDI.
Must have experience using UPS WorldShip, Fedex Ship, DHL, and other courier services.
Manage and organize all shipping documents.
Control departmental spending and track budget.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shipping area. Catalog the storage area and supplies in the warehouse.
Flexibility to work under specified time-frames when required.

Working knowledge of software applications such as Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with CRM.
Experience using UPS WorldShip, Fedex Ship, DHL, and other courier services.
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

HSD/GED; college degree preferred.
2+ years of domestic shipping and receiving experience.
Must have 1+ years of international shipping experience.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to sit/stand for several hours at a time.
SHIFT HOURS: 8AM to 4:30PM - Monday to Friday
