What I Bring:
• Washington State Electrical Trainee Card (Dept. of Labor & Industries) – valid and current
• Experience as an electrician's laborer – wire pulling, wire installation, circuit breaker work, and line/port termination
• Low voltage wiring experience through a contractor working with Chick-fil-A locations – installed low voltage wiring infrastructure, terminated lines, set up credit card machine wiring, and wired POS monitors
• Security and alarm system installation
• +15 years of professional experience including software design roles at Amazon and Thermo Fisher Scientific – strong technical acumen, systems thinking, and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
Handyman Experience:
• Plumbing – installed a new bathroom faucet and vanity including cutting and rerouting conduit/plumbing lines, clearing lines, and managing water shutoffs
• Electrical – installed ceiling fans, light fixtures, and lighting; run electrical lines from outlets; comfortable turning circuits on and off safely
• Finish work – drywall patching, painting, crown molding and baseboard installation
• Mounting and installs – TV mounts, security/alarm systems
• Competent and comfortable with a wide range of tools
