Taken off my 2017 CTS-V with 14,500 miles. I replaced mine with a Nick Williams 103mm so no longer need the stock throttle body.

GM Part # 12620263. 6-pin Will fit a lot of GM cars like Tahoe, Silverado, Camaro, etc.
