We do this by monitoring the facility with cameras, by controlling access with a computerized access gate system and by arming each unit with a door alarm. Even with this excellent security you'll still have access 365 days a year between 5:00am and 11:00pm. Urban Storage is one of the only facilities in the area that offers this excellent combination of features!
There is no property deposit to set up a space, just your first month's rent and a one-time $10.00 administration charge that gets you entered into our security access and billing system and set up to view your account online.
Rental or home owner's insurance is required. You may provide your own or we can for as low as $10 a month.
