Workspace or storage space available in our gated yard with 24 hour access. Clean, dry and empty 20' foot and 40' foot secure shipping containers available. Store all of your excess items, securely and safely. Or, our units are ideal for putting up shelving, racks, workbenches, and you can perform any noisy work as we are in an industrial area. Most tenants live or work in the neighborhood and keep an eye out for their neighbors.
Power is available in most of our units so you can use these as a small workshop. Great for carpentry, art projects, contractor storage and prep work, and other noisy tasks that one would normally do in a garage. All units are at ground level so you can back up your truck to load / unload. 24 hour security cameras provide added peace of mind. Al agreements are Simple month to month. one month rent plus security deposit to get started.
Our storage yard office is in a warehouse located next to our storage yard we can also offer services to our storage yard tenants. Services include:
+ Receiving or sending any shipments. We have daily UPS, Fedex and USPS deliveries.
+ Unloading delivery trucks using our forklift and placing freight in your storage unit.
+ Receiving important mail, or you can establish postal mail box.
+ Establish a business mailing address at our facility for licensing purposes.
+ Full product fulfillment if you are an Amazon or other online seller.
+ Offer outside, covered workspace for big jobs that need to be handled.
+ Use our address to receive your inbound or outbound shipping container if arranged in advance.
+ Some parking spaces may be available.
