There are many security options that we provide for our customers including; cameras that enable us to monitor the facility, a computerized access gate system, and onsite personnel. We are one of the only facilities in our area that offers this great combination of features.
Our access and office hours are Monday – Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8AM to 6PM and
Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM we are here to serve you 7 days a week.
We offer a 10% Senior and Military discount. There are no property deposits, just your 1st month’s rent and a one-time $10.00 administration fee that gets you set up in our security system and billing system and free online access to your account via our website. We do require renters or home owners insurance. You are able to provide your own, or purchase Insurance through us with policies starting as low as $12.00 per month. We also sell pad locks for $10.99 and have a huge variety of moving supplies for your one stop shopping needs.
