The Pelican 1730 is a heavy-duty transport case designed to protect valuable equipment in demanding conditions. Made from ultra-high-impact structural copolymer, this case is watertight, airtight, dustproof, crushproof, and resistant to chemicals and corrosion.
It features six easy-open double-throw latches with stainless-steel padlock protectors for added security, along with an O-ring seal and an automatic pressure-equalization valve to handle changes in altitude or temperature. The case is rated for temperatures from -10 to 210°F (-23 to 99°C).
For easy transport, it includes double-grip fold-down side handles and durable polyurethane wheels with stainless-steel bearings. A five-piece foam set is included, consisting of a convoluted lid foam, three center foam layers, and a bottom foam layer, allowing you to customize protection for your gear.
