Orcas Business Park has multiple units available ranging in size from 475 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Rental rates range from $2.00 - $2.25 per square foot, per month, gross, depending upon the size and location of the unit. We always give great discounts for long term Leases over one year, but happy to start with a 1-year Lease as well.
