- pop up cafe with large 11 spot parking lot (food trucks?) for wellbeing commons, event gathering space, coworking, pop up events, art gallery, live art creation, skillshares, etc.

We are looking especially for folks who have their own business and need a space to meet or have clients would be ideal.
Our goal is to build up this energy with a Creative Space and Elixir Bar, and then move down the hill when this building is demolished to become apartments in about a year (we have 2 other spaces in mind).
We have another long term space also available at 43rd as well.
NOTE: Only booking out 45 days in advance at this time, though we have other venues in Fremont, Ballard and Green Lake that have spaces for larger groups and book out a year for events.
This space is ideal for smaller groups, though with parking lot use and tents you could probably host 100 people ok
