We are looking especially for folks who have their own business and need a space to meet or have clients would be ideal.
Our goal is to build up this energy with a Creative Space and Elixir Bar, and then move down the hill to a long term space
We have another long term space also available at 43rd as well for event rentals and meetings (100-250 capacity).
NOTE: Only booking out 2 months in advance at this time, though we have other venues in Fremont, Ballard and Green Lake that have spaces for larger groups and book out a year for events.
This space is ideal for smaller groups, though with parking lot use and tents you could probably host 100 people ok
