The price is just $265 per month, with utilities included in your private, secure space. All spaces feature high ceilings, at least one large window, baseboard heating, overhead lighting, and electrical outlets, with restrooms located on each floor of the building. Internet access is available through Comcast, CenturyLink, or Astound.
ActivSpace is a small, locally owned company that has been providing creative workspaces to artists and entrepreneurs in Seattle for over 20 years.
